We are now seeking an experienced and motivated ICD Care Consultant Team Leader to join our Introductory Care Department (ICD).
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day support to your team, ensuring efficient client-carer matching, compliance, and operational excellence. You will foster a positive and professional culture that encourages adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support a team of Care Consultants to achieve departmental goals
* Oversee and maintain the quality of client-carer matching and scheduling efficiency
* Provide support on escalated or urgent client/carer issues
* Encourage adaptability and resilience within the team, ensuring alignment with business needs
* Drive effective collaboration between the ICD and Managed Care departments
* Manage your own portfolio of clients while supporting process improvements across the team
About You
We are looking for someone with proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of live-in care services. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate others, embrace change, and maintain high professional standards.
Essential skills and experience include:
* Leadership or supervisory experience in social care, recruitment, or a similar environment
* Knowledge of live-in care, compliance, and carer-client matching
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and inspire confidence
* IT literacy and familiarity with scheduling systems
