Job Description
Role purpose
Responsible for operational day to day delivery of Vodafone Business Fleet Analytics service including pre sales support, Customer on–boarding and support and operational delivery end to end across external suppliers and internal functions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
* Manage and support Customers through the ‘Proof of Value’ initiatives and Onboarding process, providing a consistent point of contact
* Manage and support suppliers and internal functions through the order processing and fulfilment to ensure a positive outcome and customer satisfaction
* Manage end to end process from order receipt to billing and ensure compliance with process and contracted SLAs
* Develop Customer product knowledge through a combination of guiding Customers to our on-line self-help tools and where necessary delivering remote tutorial sessions
* Act as first line support and escalation for Customer, supplier and internal functions
* Support cross functional engagement internal and external
