The Role
Based at Braintree Village, the Assistant Store Manager is a great opportunity to step into management in retail. The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Store Manager will:

* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store, and manage in their absence
* Motivate, coach and develop the in-store team along with the Store Manager
* Create a store with exceptional customer experience and store standards
