If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with either current Chartered status or currently working towards Chartered status this role will offer the opportunity to progress with a clear pathway towards Associate / Partner level status.

?Role and Responsibilities
The role will be varied and include day to day lead on a variety of projects including (but not limited to):
* Cost Planning at various RIBA stages including producing preliminary and detailed cost estimates (from feasibility through to detailed design).
* Pre-Contract services, including:
o Providing advice on procurement strategy, risk management, value engineering and the overall tendering process
o Provide advice on contract arrangements
o Prepare tender documents
o Advising clients on tenders when received, including undertaking a full tender evaluation
o Prepare contract documentation
* Post Contract services, including:
o Providing advice on contractual matters / procedures
o Valuing completed work and approving progress payments
o Monitor changes in design and measure, value and negotiates variations
o Budget management and cost reporting to the client
o Negotiating final accounts
* Working closely with the Team and mentoring / working with graduates
* Developing existing Client contacts and relationships
* Developing new Client contacts and relationships
* Working xsngvjr in a variety of sectors, including:
o Industrial
o Residential
o Commercial
o Bank Monitoring
Experience and Skills Required

* Have achieved a RICS accredited degree
* Be either qualified to Chartered status or working towards achieving this
* Be able to evidence pre and post contract QS experience through examples of projects you have worked on
