About The Role
Through our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add a Retail Operations Assistant to our busy Head Office Retail Operations team who are responsible for both our UK and USA businesses. Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Retail Operations team with administrative tasks
2. Screening phone calls and routing showroom enquires to the appropriate departments
3. Assist in the preparation of reports for members of management
4. Work alongside HR with retail change forms logging changes
5. Help action order reassignments and order transfer
6. Track and monitor footfall
7. Prepare for weekly Manager meetings

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
16. Previous experience in administration would be beneficial
17. Previous Retail/ Customer service experience preferably
18. Ability to use Excel and other MS Office programs
19. Strong communication skills
20. Passionate about improving and driving performance
21. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
