Our client is a well‑established business offering retail and hospitality services, including a country wear shop, café, and shooting school. You’ll be joining a friendly and customer‑focused team in a picturesque countryside setting.
Job Details
* Position: Shop Assistant
* Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
* Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
* Salary: £12.50 per hour

Your role as a Shop Assistant
* Assisting customers in the shop and café
* Supporting management with stock counts and order processing
* Opening or closing the shop depending on shift time
* Providing excellent face‑to‑face customer service
* Helping with basic hospitality tasks (e.g., tea, coffee, sugar)
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Friendly and professional manner
* Must live locally or have access to a vehicle due to site location
* Available to work flexible shifts Monday‑Friday
Pay & Shifts
* £12.50 per hour
* Shifts vary: 08:00–16:00, 08:30–16:30, or 09:00–17:00
