Night Care Team Manager
Full time – 35 hours
Alternate Weekends required
Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
* To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
* To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
* To comply with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
* You will be leading a great care team from the front
* You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Essential qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Care
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
