Street Child United (SCU) is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Head of Fundraising and Partnerships
to lead our income generation and partnership strategy.
This is a senior role that will play a pivotal part in securing the sustainability and growth of SCU's mission – using the power of sport to change the way the world sees and treats street-connected children.
What you'll do:
* Lead SCU's fundraising and partnerships strategy, driving long-term growth and sustainability.
* Secure high-value corporate, philanthropic, and institutional partnerships.
* Build sponsorships and in-kind support for flagship events, including the Street Child World Cup 2026 in Mexico City and beyond.
* Lead and develop a small fundraising team, working closely with the CEO and Trustees.
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record of securing
s
ix-figure partnerships or sponsorships.
* 5–7+ years' experience
in senior fundraising/partnerships roles in the non-profit or international development sector.
* Experience in leading and implementing fundraising strategies that delivered significant growth.
* Strong corporate and philanthropic networks, with evidence of successful relationship management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including work with high-profile individuals.
* Leadership and line management experience, with ability to set and deliver KPIs.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in international fundraising, particularly in Latin America, Africe, or Europe.
* Knowledge of sport-for-development, child rights, or youth empowerment sectors.
* Experience in digital fundraising and innovative partnership models.
* Track record of securing unrestricted and multi-year funding.
Location:
London/Cambridge-based, with international travel for events/partnerships.
