What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have:Time-served apprenticeship Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
