About The Role
Working any 3 from 7 nights on a 30-hour week, you will play a key role in supporting night-time operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle queries promptly while maintaining accurate records.
You will be responsible for
* Overseeing night-time administration duties within the office.
* Dispatching drivers and coordinating efficient night operations.
* Accurately completing paperwork, records, and data entry tasks.
* Managing and resolving telephone queries from drivers and customers.
* Producing, distributing, and responding to operational reports and challenges.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the transport industry, although prior experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills are a must, along with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and remain calm and confident when handling driver and customer issues. Flexibility around working hours is essential, as this role requires adaptability to meet the demands of a busy night shift.
