As a Sales Technician, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support jewelry design projects, ensure technical accuracy, and contribute to a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients in understanding CAD-based jewelry designs and product specifications.
* Support the preparation of technical drawings and CAD files for client review.
* Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.
* Prepare and maintain documentation, proposals, and quotations using MS Office tools.
* Provide excellent business communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while collaborating with team members.
Requirements
Education & Certification
* Fynetone Professional Certification (Required)
* CAD Development Professional Certification (Preferred)
