As a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate as a true business partner—managing both client development and candidate delivery across your specialist market.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive business development, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
📈 Business Development & Sales
* Identify and win new clients through targeted sales activity, networking, and market mapping
* Build strong pipelines through canvassing, marketing, and lead generation
* Develop in-depth market knowledge to position yourself as a specialist
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
🤝 Client & Candidate Management (360)
* Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships

📣 Marketing & Delivery
