The role oversees both the Project Management and Deployment Technician functions, leads a high-performing team, and supports quality, compliance, and customer success activities.**Key Responsibilities**The post holder will be accountable for the end-to-end management and delivery of change orders and new logo contract onboarding, consistently meeting agreed business targets. They will provide leadership to Professional Services and Project Management colleagues, driving performance, engagement, and career development. Responsibilities also include overseeing contract implementations, forecasting and managing team workloads, and utilising Monday.com for change order management and reporting. The role requires close cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, Operations, and Client Teams, as well as contributing to governance frameworks, risk management, and lessons learned processes. The individual will also contribute at a strategic level as part of Trellint's management team.**Person Specification**A degree or equivalent qualification is required, or significant relevant experience in a comparable role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience leading medium to large, multi-team IT projects, with strong knowledge of project tracking tools such as Monday.com. They will be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in operational and change management.
