We are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join ourteam at Essential Care and Support Limited - Abbeyvale based in Hartlepool.
EssentialCare and Support is a part of the National Care Group and is a dedicated specialist in providing person centred care acrossour supported living, outreach and day services. Abbeyvale Care Centre is a warm and caring residential service designed to suit the needs of people with various diagnoses, including physical disabilities, symptoms of old age, dementia diagnosis, and mental health needs.

TheSenior Support Worker Role
Asa Senior Support Workeryour role will be to assist in the seniormanagement to assess peoples support needs and workwith people we supportto initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.
Themost important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect,listen to their needs and understand their emotions. Be Kind, friendly andhonest.
TheIdeal Candidate
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
* Able to motivate and manage a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence
