Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
* Reviewing and overseeing year-end accounts, tax returns, and compliance work
* Providing strategic advice to clients, helping them improve their financial position
* Mentoring newly promoted managers, offering guidance on portfolio growth and best practices
* Supporting Partners in driving the firm's growth and maintaining excellent client relationships
What We're Looking For:
* ACA / ACCA qualified
* Previous experience managing a portfolio in an accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and compliance
* A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
