Salary: Full-time £24,309 per annum (FTE), Actual based on 18 hours per week - £11,826 pro rata, per annum As the first point of contact for visitors to the centre, you'll play a key role in providing a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for all. Whether you're helping with membership enquiries, or supporting events and activities, you'll ensure every interaction is a positive one. This is a varied and active role that involves a mix of customer service, administration, operational support, and hospitality - no two days will be the same! About You We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be able to support the day-to-day running of the centre and assist with events and hospitality, including greeting and assisting customers with membership and usage enquiries.
