The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting residents with high‑quality care and assisting the wider care team to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting care staff on shift
* Administering medication safely and accurately
* Delivering high standards of person‑centred care
* Liaising confidently with healthcare professionals and families
* Supporting residents with daily living and wellbeing
* Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
* Promoting a safe, caring and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Previous Senior Care Assistant experience preferred
* Medication administration experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, professional and compassionate approach
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
* Up‑to‑date DBS preferred
