In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of supply chain, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and logistics coordination that directly impacts global customer satisfaction. Job Title: Part-Time Purchasing & Supply Chain Assistant Location: Surrey Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week, flexible scheduling available) Salary: Competitive hourly rate performance bonuses Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & System Management: Process and track purchase orders through our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) Maintain accurate inventory records and order status updates Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues proactively Logistics Coordination: Monitor and troubleshoot 50 weekly shipments globally Maintain real-time shipment tracking with precise ETD/ETA reporting Generate performance reports for supply chain stakeholders Operational Support: Organize procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts) Assist with inventory reconciliation and supplier communications Streamline departmental workflows through administrative support Ideal Candidate: ✔ 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement ✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) ✔ Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) ✔ Fluent in English and Cantonese (written & spoken) ✔ Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills
