We are looking for a People Support Assistant – Onboarding to be part of our People Support and Development team at the Castleford Business Centre. You will provide high‑quality support for the People Support team with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
About The Role
The role will involve managing the recruitment process from start to finish with a focus on recruiting the best people to join the company in a timely manner and within budget.
What you would be doing
* Support the People Development team with facilitation of face‑to‑face and online learning.
* Create new and audit current job adverts and job descriptions.
* Search for potential candidates and make contact to promote vacancies.
* Set up interviews and follow up with feedback.
* Develop and update reports related to HR and recruitment.
* Provide support for the functional HR team including HR calls, welfare calls, meetings and processing.
* Support our Fleet team with basic administration tasks.

* Competency on Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media.
* Ability to work well with varied tasks and under pressure.
