Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others? We are looking to recruit a passionate Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager to join a luxury nursing home Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
With an annual salary of £54,300, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth. The role is supernumerary working Monday to Friday circa 8am-4.30pm 40 hours per week. You will have some shared on call responsibility, and work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a Good CQC rating.

The Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager will:

* Provide leadership and support for staff, including on-call duties as needed.
* Research, devise, and deliver training modules to enhance care delivery.
* Support the Home Manager with resident assessments and liaise with stakeholders.

* Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.

* Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
