Requirements
Must have:
- Experience as an engagement analyst or project coordinator supporting and delivering people initiatives. - Ability to support and deliver high-quality engagement forums such as Townhalls and All Hands sessions. - Awareness of creating high-quality, compelling internal communications that support key messages. - Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Slido, and MS PowerPoint with strong presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse networks and multi-regional geographies. - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure to tight timelines. - Ability to analyse data and research, summarise, and inform conversations using a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Engagement Lead in fostering a sense of community and belonging across the team, increasing engagement for staff through targeted, meaningful, and consistent activity. - Help to shape and deliver internal Enterprise Technology specific engagement plans that connect back to, and support key strategies across Technology. - Represent Enterprise Technology in communication and engagement forums on behalf of the Engagement Lead. - Organise forums including All Hands, Town Halls, and colleague exchanges, and understand feedback data provided at these forums. - Create and disseminate high-quality, clear, and engaging content for a range of key stakeholders. - Work on programmes that support targeted learning across the team, driving knowledge sharing and DEI initiatives. - Connect with various DEI forums across Technology in alignment with the Engagement Lead. - Support and develop talent across the department, enabling the well-being and psychological safety of the team. - Promote positive change across the organisation through a network of colleagues who contribute to culture change, communications, and engagement.
