Our client, a highly respected and award-winning housebuilder, is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for you to represent a premium developer known for quality, design, and customer satisfaction. You will be the face of the brand on‑site, guiding customers through every step of their home‑buying journey — from first enquiry to handing over the keys.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional customer service and a professional sales experience.
* Managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
* Building rapport and trust with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable homes.
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
* Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, reservations, and sales progress.
* Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets.
About You
* Previous experience in new home sales or housebuilder sales environments (essential).
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, customer‑first approach with strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu).
