They will manage their own workload across research, teaching, and administration, as well as mentor and support junior colleagues in their professional development. The role involves supervising other researchers, contributing to the development of skills and competencies in others (including research students), and managing project budgets and assets effectively. Finally, the role requires maintaining productive internal and external relationships. The post holder will supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, participate in or lead relevant committees, and collaborate with academic colleagues within the Department, the Division of Medicine, and across the Faculty.
