Location: Kilcreggan and Garelochhead Medical Practices
Vacancy: 50 hours total (can be split into 20 – 40 hours per GP)
Salary: £98,238 – £110,736 per annum (pro rata)

Role Overview
This is an exciting salaried GP position in two rural West‑Coast villages. The role focuses on improving patient experience, streamlining processes, and supporting multidisciplinary teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide primary care for a combined list of 4,286 patients.
* Participate in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient experience.
* Work closely with in‑house physiotherapists, community link workers, pharmacists, and local district nurse teams.
* Take part in regular multidisciplinary team meetings, peer support sessions, and cluster group meetings.
* Maintain professional development and deliver patient‑centred care without out‑of‑hours commitments.
Qualifications
* GMC GP Registered.
* Experience in primary care setting preferred.
