Haart Estate Agents in Bristol is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No property experience is needed; full training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided. Compensation & Working Hours
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time: 8:30 am‑6:00 pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00 am‑5:00 pm every Saturday

Training
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Purpose‑built training location with industry‑leading sessions
* Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
* Fully paid hotel stay, breakfast, lunch and evening meals during training
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue training and development, with close support from a mentor
