Duties
* Supervise gaming activities, ensuring all games are operated fairly and according to regulations
* Assist guests with game rules, payouts, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
* Manage cash handling procedures, including payouts and ticket transactions, with accuracy
* Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe, friendly environment; address conflicts with effective conflict management techniques
* Lead team members during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest experiences
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas, equipment, and supplies
* Conduct regular safety checks and enforce compliance with casino policies and procedures
Requirements
* Previous management or supervising experience in a customer service or casino environment preferred
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and oversee daily operations
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
* Knowledge of casino games or gaming operations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
* Effective conflict management skills to resolve guest concerns diplomatically
* Experience in guest services or hospitality roles is advantageous
