Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Cramlington who are looking for a committed Customer Service Advisor focussed on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for their customers. As the first point of contact for customers, youll be responsible for handling all customer queries via telephone, email & chat.
Main Duties:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
* Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
About You:
* A minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service environment
* Customer-focused
* Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
