Join us as a Day Production Operator in Measham ! Shift: 12 hour shifts on Days Salary: £13.37/hr What youll do: Work in the Manual Spray Line, to include loading Rockwool batts, applying fire-protective coating using manual spray equipment, loading onto drying racks, placing in the oven, then spraying the reverse side. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the manual spray area in line with safety and quality procedures. Follow established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of the Lead Operator. Accurately record production/process data and support minimal downtime by monitoring process flow. Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, sales and EHS colleagues to help optimise workflow and maintain compliance. What youll bring: Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. Spray or Pneumatic Pump experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good communication, and strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and compliance. Ability to work shift patterns. We offer: Why join us?
