Job Description
We are looking for Regional Aftersales Manager - Commercial Vehicle to join BYD.
The role will manage and support to key account customers with handling the issues in a timely manner. We are ideally looking for a dynamic and passionate sales professional who has strong commercial awareness with a customer-centric ethos to drive service excellence, growth and profit. The role requires extensive travel throughout the UK. The role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager of commercial vehicle.
Working location: Field based, Scotland

Tasks & Typical duties/responsibilities:
1. Schedule and manage meetings with key account customers independently and with third-party suppliers, ensuring process and support is provided to the key account, issues raised to be effectively managed in a timely manner from start to finish.
