The Role
In this position, you will be a cornerstone of the classroom, working hand-in-hand with teachers to foster an inclusive and vibrant learning space. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Classroom Support: Delivering creative lessons alongside the Lead Teacher.
* Targeted Intervention: Leading small group sessions or providing 1:1 support for pupils who need an extra boost.
* SEN Support: Assisting children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they remain engaged and supported.
* Resource Management: Helping to prepare teaching materials and maintaining an organised, positive environment.

While a formal qualification in childcare or education is a bonus, it isn't a dealbreaker. We are primarily looking for:

* Safety: A firm commitment to safeguarding. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.
