Responsibilities
* Deliver inspirational teaching and access to learning across a range of programmes.
* Liaise closely with the Engineering team and colleagues to ensure the day to day practical and theoretical activities are coordinated appropriately for learners.
* Prepare and select learning materials to ensure an appropriate range of delivery methods to support learning.
* Contribute to the planning and review of learning programmes and the curriculum, including the development of key resources.
* Review and inform learning/assessment plans and targets for learners as required.
Qualifications
* Relevant training and qualifications in Electrical Engineering to at least level 3.
* Relevant industrial experience and other relevant related professional qualifications.
* Evidence of continued professional and personal development.
* If not already held, attain a teaching qualification within the college’s specified timescale.
* Maths and English at level 2 or equivalent (grade C/4 GCSE).
