Our innovative and award-winning Rehabilitation in Complex Psychosis Community Mental Health Service seeks a creative and flexible Clinical Lead Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our Shared Leadership Team. The Rehabilitation in Complex Psychosis Team, based in Norwich, supports service users with complex and enduring severe mental illness in the Central Norfolk Locality. We are passionate about creative engagement and empowering service users with complex needs to achieve their Recovery goals.
Main duties of the job
This is a clinically focused post emphasizing high-quality clinical care, provision, and outcomes. You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have experience and advanced knowledge in this area of practice. You will develop clinical pathways supporting effective occupational therapy within the rehabilitation service.
You will act as a specialist adviser in the rehabilitation field and support developments across the locality. Your role will include providing clinical advice, supporting practitioners with decision-making, and working with the shared leadership team to ensure safety, performance, and service development. You will also be involved in governance activities such as audits, QI initiatives, Quality Reviews, SAF, and aligning practices with NICE Guidelines (NG181) and the Royal College of Psychiatrists' standards.

Post details include working at Hellesdon Hospital, with a salary range of £53,755 to £60,504 per year, on a permanent, full-time basis with flexible working options. The role is under the Agenda for Change Band 8a scheme.
