Job Description: CRM Manager
Our client, a household name in Sports Fashion, is seeking a talented CRM Manager to join their internal team. The company offers a flexible working model, allowing employees to work from their London office on a hybrid basis.
As CRM Manager, you will develop and execute the CRM and email strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and improve conversion rates. Your role will focus on building customer engagement, increasing lifetime value, and supporting business KPIs. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing CRM campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing and Growth teams to ensure that email communications are aligned with other marketing channels.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a successful CRM team, with strong data analysis skills. A background in B2C marketing, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Google Analytics are preferred.
