Key Responsibilities Provide frontline support across various Roche product portfolio at customer sites. Troubleshoot and taking ownership of technical faults Minimise unplanned downtime of laboratory equipment Use of digital tools for proactive preventative measures Conduct training for laboratory staff Required Qualifications and Skills Ideally, degree-educated in Life Sciences OR qualified to HNC/HND level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or with equivalent demonstrable experience - you will bring a current and comprehensive understanding of the IVD industry, paired with strong experience in delivering world-class support E xcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Resilient and tenacious, able to thrive under pressure Growth mindset For this position, the location is in the Hampshire/Dorset area. You will be expected to collaborate with the wider team and all other areas of Roche to provide best-in-class service to our customers.
