Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the dedicated day-to-day contact for a portfolio of customers within our expanding Customer Success team. Your focus will be driving customer value and advocacy - ensuring our customers and their employees are getting the best from our platform and deepening their engagement with Benifex. You’ll be focused on NPS scores and Retention rates, working alongside our Customer Success Director team, who own the commercial and contractual elements of our accounts. Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 20–30 global and domestic customers as their primary point of contact, ensuring high engagement, value realization, and satisfaction. Customer Engagement: Lead regular customer check-ins and internal account health reviews. Planning & Reporting: Develop and present insight rich performance updates that guide customers on maximising platform adoption and long-term outcomes. Collaboration & Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback — including NPS scores — leads to improvements. Value Delivery: Help customers make the most of the platform, support their strategy and goals, and proactively identify and present options for increased engagement. Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support customers with evolving needs—no two days are the same! What are we looking for? Experience Solid experience in Customer Success, with a track record of driving product adoption, platform engagement, and customer outcomes, where your focus has been on advocacy and engagement, rather than ARR. Experience managing complex customer portfolios. Strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally within Employee Benefits and/or HR Tech experience. Bonus: Experience with large enterprise and/or global customers. Skills & traits Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills Strong coordination, organisational, and prioritisation abilities Confident engaging multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders Skilled at navigating challenging customer situations with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Proactive, reliable, and passionate about driving customer value Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt in real time.
