RACING BANK ADMINISTRATOR
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

You'll build relationships with owners, trainers, and racing professionals, helping them register ownership, set up accounts, and discover services that simplify horse ownership.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Salary and benefits

Working hours and location
The helpdesk is open 8am to 6pm, so you will work on a shift pattern either 8am to 4.30pm, or 9.30am to 6pm.
You will work fully onsite in Wellingborough initially to embed training, then a flexible schedule with two days per week working remotely.
What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for Racing clients, assisting with queries.
* Build client relationships and identify banking needs.
* Collaborate across other teams, developing internal relationships and an understanding of other parts of the Bank.
* Register clients for our Racing Payment Service.
* Deliver against sales targets while delivering excellent service.
What we're looking for
* Confident communicator with great phone skills.
* Exposure to a client-facing environment with an understanding of great customer service.
* Detail oriented and accurate under pressure.
* A levels or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of banking procedures would be a bonus, but we will provide full training.
