As Head of Business and Economics, you will lead a successful department, driving high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will be responsible for curriculum development, monitoring student progress, supporting departmental staff, and ensuring students achieve excellent outcomes in both Business and Economics.
The successful candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
Have experience teaching Business and/or Economics to KS5
Demonstrate a track record of strong classroom practice and student outcomes
Possess the leadership skills required to develop and inspire both students and colleagues
Be committed to maintaining high expectations and promoting academic excellence
Be located in or able to travel to West London
