An international SME based in West Kent is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will:
Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager Role:
* Match and code invoices, process intercompany payments
* Obtain authorisation for invoices to clear for payment
* Liaise with European and UK sites to clear any invoice queries
* Administer the expenses for UK and European entities
* Weekly payment runs in multi currencies
* Supplier statement and month end reconciliations
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Manager Role:
* 5 years experience minimum, AP Manager 2+ years
* Multi-currencies, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and month-end procedures
* Implementing process eg PO to payment but all supplier processes
* Line management experience is a plus
