The Role
As a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you'll support clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. This is a fast-paced and varied role that includes:
15. Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
16. Underwriting risks within delegated authority
17. Managing the full insurance cycle: new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
18. Delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
19. Helping clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape
Requirements
20. Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9
21. At least 5 years' cross class experience in commercial insurance
22. Excellent communication skills
23. Sharp attention to detail
24. A passion for customer service
25. Willingness to learn and grow
