Job Title: Business Development Manager
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary Range: £60k - £140k (seniority and experience dependent) + additional commission structure on top.

Tundra has partnered with a global SAP consulting organisation who are looking to add headcount into their EMEA sales team.
This is not a support or overlay position. It’s a structured pathway into full enterprise sales ownership.
You’ll gain hands-on experience selling complex SAP cloud and managed services solutions into enterprise organisations, building your own pipeline, and benefiting from uncapped commission as you accelerate your progression.
This is not an account management or support function role.
BDM role overview:
You will learn how to sell complex SAP cloud, transformation, and managed services programs into enterprise environments while building your own pipeline and developing toward a full Business Development Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and open new opportunities within target enterprise SAP accounts (bringing on new logo's)
* Driving outbound activity.
* Cold calling experience.
* Securing new prospect client meetings.
* Establish credibility with senior decision-makers and influencers.
* Support and excuse end to end sales cycle's.
* Articulate the value of SAP cloud transformation and other data services.
* Maintain high standards of CRM accuracy.
Experience Desired:
* Junior and Senior BDM candidates.
* Formal sales training.
* Sales people hungry for hunting down new logos.
* Confidence with outbound approach.
* Foundational understanding of SAP solutions (massive bonus).
* Strong communication skills and executive presence
* Competitive, ambitious, and performance-driven mindset
* Comfortable in a fast paced sales environment.
