Conduct internal audits to recognised standards (AS9100), driving corrective actions and supporting audit readiness across the business. Take a hands-on approach to fault finding, investigating quality issues on the shop floor and leading root cause analysis activities. Lead non-conformance investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions using structured methodologies such as 8D.
