Financial Services Administrator\nQuedgeley, Gloucester\nUp to £26,000 | Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nReputable award winning firm | Weekday hours | Full training | Free parking | Competitive holiday | Career progression | Supportive team\n\nMust-Have’s\n• Previous experience in administration or a customer service-based office role\n• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills\n• Confident communication skills – written and verbal\n• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks\n• Strong IT skills, including experience using MS Office\n\nNice-to-Have’s\n• Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, or protection\n• Understanding of the mortgage or protection application process\n• Experience liaising with lenders, providers, or solicitors\n\nSo, what will you be doing?\n• Supporting the Financial Services team with administration of mortgage and protection applications\n• Liaising with lenders, providers, solicitors, and clients to progress applications smoothly\n• Managing data entry and updating CRM systems with accurate records\n• Uploading and tracking key documentation within required timeframes\n• Responding to client and third-party enquiries by phone, email, and post\n• Supporting the team with general office duties as neededThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and an eye for detail, who’s looking to grow within the financial services industry.
