Home Care Assistant
Based in Grimsby.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour.
Hours Available & Areas Covered
* East Marsh
o Full time: 7am‑2pm & 4pm‑10pm. Drivers required.
o Part time: 6am‑3pm. Driver or walker.
* Grange / Laceby / Nunsthorpe
o Full time: 7am‑2pm & 4pm‑10pm. Drivers required.
* West Marsh
o Full time: 7am‑2pm & 4pm‑10pm. Drivers or walkers.
o 6am‑3pm. Driver or walker.
o 3pm‑11pm. Driver required.
* Willows / Wybers
o 6am‑3pm. Drivers and walkers.
Requirements
No experience necessary – full paid training is provided. You must have the right to work in the UK. We are currently unable to accept applications from individuals requiring a Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship.
Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant, you will support individuals to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and your own more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Providing companionship and emotional support
