Senior Legal PA – Real Estate
London (Hybrid) | Up to £56,000 + excellent benefits
If you're a Real Estate Legal PA who knows their way around a fast-moving deal environment, this is one of those roles that doesn't come up often.
We're working with top tier law firm exclusively - they are a highly regarded international law firm known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach — to recruit a Senior Legal PA into their London office.
This isn't a "steady state" support role.
This is for someone who thrives on pace, complexity, and being genuinely relied upon by senior stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
* Acting as a true right hand to Partners and senior fee earners within Real Estate
* Managing complex diaries, transactions, and shifting priorities
* Coordinating high-volume deal activity, client meetings and travel
* Supporting with billing, matter management and document processes
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
What they're looking for
* Proven experience as a Legal PA within a Real Estate team (this is essential)
* Confidence supporting busy Partners in a transactional environment
* Someone who is proactive, commercially aware and calm under pressure
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay one step ahead
