We are looking for a
proactive, solutions-focused professional who is confident working across a diverse and fast-paced estate. You will be able to demonstrate:
1. Experience in building maintenance, estates management, facilities management, building surveying, or a related construction environment.
2. Strong understanding of building construction, maintenance processes, and diagnosing building fabric defects.
3. Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing repairs, maintenance, or small works projects.
4. Good knowledge of health and safety requirements relating to contractor management and building works, including CDM regulations.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a large and varied organisation.
6. Good IT and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate electronic records.
