Overview
Responsibilities
* Lead the barista and food servicesoperations
* Basic food preparation and cooking
* Preparing online orders by class group for each meal period
* Stock control and ordering
* POS operation
* Engagement with junior students, staff and parents alike
* General cleaning duties
* Food safety and allergen management compliance.
* Showcase excellent time management skills
* Maintaining the service area to high standards
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
* Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Hold a Blue Card, or ability to obtain one
