Retail Trainer – Learning & Development – Premium Menswear Brand
Hybrid role, Monday – Friday. Locations: North & North West, Midlands stores.
Overview
Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office. Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives. Build strong product knowledge across all retail services. Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience. Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives. Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging learning and development programmes.
* Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
* Apply knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
* Utilise digital learning tools and interactive training methods.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Organised, adaptable, and resilient in changing environments.
* Approachable coaching style with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Commercially aware with a passion for driving performance.
* A strong ambassador for company values and culture.
Requirements
The role covers North, North West, and Midlands, England. Candidates should have easy access to public transport or be able to drive.
