The Role:
We are seeking a **Set Designer Account Manager** who can seamlessly blend creative design with exceptional project and account management skills. You will be the bridge between our clients and production team, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a knack for managing both people and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Account Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is understood and executed.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing queries.
– Create detailed picking lists and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
– Project Management:
– Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of set design and installation projects, from concept to completion.
– Use tools like Asana, Google Drive, and spreadsheets to track progress, manage schedules, and allocate resources.
– Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
– Creative Design:
– Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts for retail displays, events, and bespoke installations.
– Provide input on material sourcing, technical drawings, and set manufacturing.
– Ensure all designs align with client expectations and project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience: A strong background in set design, account management, and project management.
– Skills:
– Proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Google Drive.
– Familiarity with design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or AutoCAD is a bonus.
