*PROPERTY EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Wapping, East London. The successful candidate can either be a Trainee looking for their first role in the Property industry, OR someone with 6 months experience Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £23,750 OTE £45,000 Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30am - 5pm Every other Saturday 10am - 2pm Parking at the office Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Liaising between landlords and tenants Providing up to date advice and information Conducting viewings Booking appointments Negotiating lettings contracts Registering applicants Generating new business Building the market share Be up to date with current compliance and legislation Key Skills: Open to a Trainee with no experience, OR someone with 6 months experience High level of customer service skills Well-spoken with good telephone manner and excellent communication skills Well presented and professional Highly motivated, target driven and ambitious The desire to work well in a team, and independently Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills High accuracy and attention to detail Driven and hungry for success Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an independent Estate Agency with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
