What you’ll be doing:
* Taking ownership of a warm desk within one of our four critical infrastructure sectors, building on existing client relationships while developing new ones
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development and job qualification to offer management and placement
* Partnering with decision‑makers to deliver consultative solutions, not just fill jobs
* Expanding your personal brand and client portfolio, becoming the go‑to recruiter in your niche
* Driving performance against clear targets and earning uncapped commission on every successful placement
